Today I want to share with you another powerful concept, and this powerful concept will help you to stop being lazy, stop procrastinating and stop being late and it will help you to actually become FAR more productive, get more time in your life for doing the things you want to do, and help you to become far more organize, successful and wealthy. This powerful concept is to get and use a personal timer. A personal timer is any device that can count down time and then sound an alarm when the time is up, and I’d like to give you some powerful techniques to help you to use your timer effectively as well.
Work in 2 Hour Chunks, with 30 Minute Breaks in Between
One of the most powerful ways to use your personal timer, is to use it to increase your productivity in your work. You can do this by working for focused periods of 1-3 hours, and then taking a 30 minute break in between, where you completely detach from your work. Using your timer while doing this will help to keep you on track, and stop you from looking at the clock or having any mental distraction regarding time whatsoever.
Use Your Timer Everywhere
Use your timer everywhere. Use it while taking a shower. Just set it on your bathroom counter and set it for 10 minutes or so, and you will reduce the amount of time that you spend in the shower, and you will have more time for work and relaxation, and also save money on electricity from your water heater usage. Also use it when cooking (as most people do) when you have things on the stove that need to be timed, or use it when you have to be somewhere, and don’t want to be late.
Take it With You Everywhere
Use your timer even when you go out and about. Even use it when you’re on vacation and want to make it to a special event or use it even when you’re at work if you have a job, to increase your productivity and get back from breaks on time. You’re cell phone can work for this as well.
So that’s the concept, use a personal timer. Using a personal timer is a powerful way to stop being lazy, to stop procrastinating and stop being late, and it will also help you to be FAR more productive, gain more quality time in your life, and get better organized to have more power and success as well. Use your timer when working for 2 hour chunks and taking 30 minute breaks in between each chunk, use your timer in as many useful areas as you can, and take it with you when you leave the home as well, and start really taking your life and your personal time management to the next level.
