How to Experience Your Previous Lives From Home (And The Controversial Method I DON’T Recommend)

How to Experience Your Previous Lives From Home (And The Controversial Method I DON’T Recommend)
Author: Danny Fredricks
Is there any real evidence that past lives are real, or is the whole field dominated by new age nuts and people who will believe ANYTHING at all?
Good question! The truth is, as a psychic and paranormal publisher for over a decade, I can honestly tell you that there is no “niche” within the field that is as full of odd and eccentric points of view than reincarnation and past life research. And yet, most interestingly… it’s probably the MOST strongly supported scientifically as well, with tons of great science and spiritual evidence BOTH suggesting that we DO live many lives and have many bodies.
The easiest way to experience your OWN past lives?
There are lots of great techniques that work wonderfully well. None of them are perfect, and they each have pros and cons associated with them, but if you are really interested… and adventurous, you CAN (and will) have past life memories very clearly and quite quickly as well.
The best techniques?
Guided meditation and visualization techniques are very effective for me personally. Using a pair of headphones, and a bit of guided imagery, I can now quickly and easily find myself in lifetimes that I truly remember in exquisite detail.
Do more traditional forms of mediation work as well?
Absolutely. As a matter of fact, all mediation is a great prerequisite to just about any psychic, intuitive or paranormal experience there is!
Other easy methods for past life recall?
Tarot card readings are very good for me as well. Any direct experience with a legitimate past life psychic or spiritual advisor can be very illuminating and can stimulate memories of previous incarnations very quickly. Some types of astrological insight, or karmic readings can jog, jolt or jiggle small details and deja vu experiences with amazing ease. As a matter of fact, the legendary 20th century psychic and healer Edgar Caycee did most of his past life readings while in a semi trance state by phone… and literally changed the lives (and spiritual destinies) of millions around the world as a result.
Dream journaling is a VERY powerful way to remember past lives, and I had one of my first very powerful memories years ago while asleep! (and yet I knew it was a very transformative experience and did NOT feel like a typical dream as I couldn’t forget it for days thereafter)
The ONE past life method I don’t recommend?
Regression therapy. Especially if you are just getting started, and aren’t sure what you believe or can legitimately remember. Why is this method so controversial and NOT recommended, even though there are many famous practitioners? First, it’s extremely expensive. (costing more than $300 an hour at a minimum, which brings many “quacks” into the field alone) Second, I don’t think the memories are legitimate! It’s been proven that hypnosis can create “false memory syndrome” very easily… and unless you are fully in control of the situation like you are in the methods I describe above, the lives you are “living” in the hypnotic state could as easily be coming from your subconscious, or hypnotic suggestion instead.
The bottom line?
There are many safe, exciting and fun ways to explore your past lives, without doing anything dangerous, weird or costly. (a good past life psychic can be had by phone for 20 dollars or less) Learning that you are an eternal and beautiful spiritual being having a very temporary “human” experience is very powerful and profound, and exploring your past lives is one of the very BEST ways of making that realization happen… and in a hurry!

Psychics FAQ: What Is Clairvoyance?

Psychics FAQ: What Is Clairvoyance?
Author: Danny Fredricks
What is clairvoyance? Is it a blanket term that is used for all psychic abilities, or does it refer to a very specific skill? Are all psychics clairvoyant, or only some? In this article we are going to take a quick and easy look at what it means to be clairvoyant, and explore some common questions that many readers ask as well. Curious to know more? Continue reading as we take a closer look below.
What is the definition of clairvoyance?
Good question! It actually is derived from the French for “clear sight” and is often a very generic term that is used to describe much psychic functioning. (even though it’s not necessarily accurate for all)
Are there many different types of clairvoyance?
Yes, but it depends a bit on how the term it used. Some psychics self identify as just “clairvoyant” and others prefer to be thought of in terms of another secondary skill they demonstrate or posses.
For example?
Clairsentience is often used to describe psychics who empathetically feel the pain or energy of others. A psychic detective, for example, who “feels” the pain of the victim when doing his or her energy work is thought of clairsentient. Clairaudient is a term used to describe a psychic who may “hear” symbols or sounds. And so on.
But as a general rule, and for the general public, clairvoyance is the overarching word that is used to describe any psychic ability that involves getting clear, credible and reportable information from outside of the normal senses.
What about psychic mediums? Are they clairvoyant?
Believe it or not, I think this is a bit different of a skill or “power” and in my opinion, it’s not a clairvoyant ability. (some disagree) For the most part, legitimate mediums are tapping into a spiritual dimension, and not accessing information using the same process that “regulates” normal clairvoyance. (even though many mediums certainly are clairvoyant as well…the 2 abilities are often NOT shared by others)
Is everyone clairvoyant?
Yes, I believe so. I think that much the way anyone can learn to play the piano, or make art, so TOO do each of us have the ability to train our brains to access the invisible information that most of us miss. That said, not everyone is going to be a professional pianist, or a world class artist. Those people are born special…and it’s my experience that the very same applies to the most gifted psychics as well!

Past Life Astrology: Common Questions (And Honest Answers) About Finding Who You Were Before

Past Life Astrology: Common Questions (And Honest Answers) About Finding Who You Were Before
Author: Danny Fredricks
Not sure if you’ve lived before? Are you curious but NOT convinced that past lives are real, but have had some weird experiences that suggest they may be? Have you read about the past life experiences of other people, and have simply grown curious about whether you have buried memories that could bubble to the surface with a little bit of a nudge? In this article we are going to take a quick and easy look at some common questions (and honest answers) about past life recall, and see if we can’t separate out some of the fact, from the fantasy as well. Curious to know more? Continue reading as we take a closer look below!
How do past life memories surface?
Good question! Usually in one of 4 ways:

Spontaneous memories (usually in very small children – much rarer for adults)
Hypnosis or Regression Therapy
Meditation or Visualization Exercises
Past Life Psychic readings or Astrology

Are most past life memories of famous or memorable lives?
No, absolutely not. This is one of the biggest myths about past life research. Most people remember average lives, and do not seek out (or want) publicity. They are simply curious, or feeling adventurous, or may be trying to cure or solve a recurring problem in THIS life. (something that past life recall has been proven to be very effective in accomplishing)
Is it scary, dangerous or “spooky” to remember previous lifetimes?
Almost never. Of course, it’s impossible to predict how each person reacts to any sort of memory, but I’ve never seen someone have a really bad reaction. On the contrary, most seem to have an expanded sense of self, a much more positive self image, and the feeling that LIFE continues on after each specific lifetime is complete is a very inspiring idea indeed.
What is the best way to remember my OWN past lives?
Using any of the techniques above. Astrology, karma readings or seeking out a psychic or intuitive who specializes in these sorts of readings is the least expensive, easiest and quickest way to begin. Regression therapy is something that is deeper….more complex and often will yield more complex memories. (it’s also much more expensive and a bit more of an undertaking as well)
Remember that meditation, or simply visualizing yourself going back in time beyond your earliest memories is another great technique that can work very well, too.
Will recalling a prior lifetime help me? If so…HOW?
Great question. The answer is usually YES. Surprisingly, most people are able to be cured of phobias, to resolve relationship problems, often heal themselves of trauma and some physical ailments and even become more “psychic” as well. (although no serious illness should be attempted to be cured through this method) The truth is, for whatever reason, past life recall is not only very exciting, eye opening and uplifting…it’s also very therapeutic as well! (and a ton of fun to boot!)

Questions to Ask a Psychic Medium – What Happens When We Die?

Questions to Ask a Psychic Medium – What Happens When We Die?
Author: Danny Fredricks
Does everything just stop?
Or do we go on much the way we do right now?
Is life tethered and tied to the physical body alone… or does it expand at the moment of death, into a bright and beautiful world of light?
And if the afterlife is true… why do so many of us have trouble connecting to our loved ones that have crossed over?
All of these are great questions, and ideas that blend science and spirituality in a way that most of us desperately crave.
After all… who wants to believe in new age “nonsense” if there isn’t any good evidence that supports it’s true?
And yet… who wants to believe that life is inherently pointless and directionless, and that we are all simply “biological robots” who cease to exist at the moment of death?
As strange as this is going to sound, especially to the close minded skeptics, cynics and debunkers…
I believe that psychic mediumship MAY hold the answer to most of the pressing and important questions about life, our meaning and what happens when we die.
How so?
Good question! Because there is literally hundreds of years of recorded history from people with VERY special skills and sensitivities, who have “channeled”, contacted or communicated with the energies of the deceased, and reported back on what they’ve found.
For example?
There are thousands of accounts of LEGITIMATE mediums offering accurate information to total strangers on the lives (and deaths) of people who have crossed over, and what they’ve experienced once they’ve “arrived” on the other side.
The ONE consistent truth?
That while there is no real “heaven or hell” per se, that we all end up in a world that is largely consistent with the life we’ve lived, and the amount of spiritual development we’ve undertaken.
For example…
Someone who cultivated positive thoughts, skillful means and selfless action DOES seem to be in a happier, or more evolved state of consciousness than those who lived more selfishly, or with more anger and acrimony.
And if you believe the thousands of accounts reported by mediums, as well as things like “near death experiences” It DOES seem like we re-unite with those we’ve loved and lost as well. (which is good news for all!)
Remember that much of what we are learning about quantum physics, and conciousness itself, suggest that are thoughts and memories and our very SELVES at the truest level are NOT confined to our bodies. (but rather are everywhere at all times in an energy field… something that most mystics and mediums and spiritual teachers have been saying for thousands of years)
Much of what mediums teach us, through communication with the other side is that life is a continuous process of spiritual development, education and expanding awareness. You can certainly BEGIN that process here… you should expect to continue to build and grow and evolve in the next world as well.
And while of course many people think the above is silly, the amount of accurate and inspiring information that has emanated from serious spiritual mediums is OVERWHELMING as evidence for an afterlife…..as real as this one.

Phone Mediums – Common Questions (And Honest Answers) About Calling a Psychic From Home

Phone Mediums – Common Questions (And Honest Answers) About Calling a Psychic From Home
Author: Danny Fredricks
Who else is considering getting a psychic reading by phone? Are you wondering how psychic information could be “passed” between two people NOT in the same room? Are you curious about what a reading is really like, but NOT convinced using the telephone it’s the right way to get one? In this article we are going to take a quick and easy look at some common questions (and honest answers) about calling a psychic, and what you should expect when you do, as well! Curious to know more? Continue reading as we take a closer look below.
What are phone psychic services?
Good question! (and one that is widely misunderstood) Quite simply, they are for profit service organizations that tie many different types of intuitives, clairvoyants, mediums, and professional psychics from around the globe under one “umbrella”. Most are owned by a central company, whose chief function is to provide the technology that allows the readers to connect with call in clients who phone in from around the world.
So the psychics aren’t working from a central place?
Absolutely not, no. While this MAY happen in rare cases……the vast majority of the genuine psychic services employ real readers who work out of their own home or office.
Why don’t most of these psychics work for themselves?
The truth is, they really DO. The advantage that the psychic network has is an investment in technology and the ability to advertise on a larger scale than most individual intuitives could do on their own. The actual psychics who do the readings are typically self employed and offer their services to the network, allowing the parent company to take a commission on their readings. (or some will pay a phone “rental” fee to the network instead)
What is the advantage of this sort of reading to the caller, customer or client like ME?
The 3 “C’s”. Cost, convenience and comfort. The truth is, phone readings are about HALF of the cost you would pay to see the same psychics, or their equivalents in the real world. You don’t need to leave your home, AND more often than not, you are guaranteed to get a reading you are happy with, or you’re money will be returned. (something that is very difficult to find in the offline, face to face, service world in ANY industry)
What about the accuracy of information that comes through by phone?
Another great question! (and another one that is highly misunderstood) The truth is, phone readings are considered FAR more evidential and accurate than those gotten face to face by most serious psychic researchers. As a matter of fact, most studies of psychics done by “real” scientists are done “blind” and by phone. (where the psychic and the client have no physical contact and can’t see each other) Phone readings reduce the risk of cold reading, of body language “tells” and of just the general sense of somebody we get when we see them sitting in front of us. The phone provides a GREAT blinding mechanism and makes the information that does come through, far more impressive and much better “PROOF” as a result. (something you have to experience for yourself to truly understand!)

New Age Movement – Core beliefs & Crystal Healing

New Age Movement – Core beliefs & Crystal Healing
Author: William Bailey
The New Age Movement (NAM) is generally an assembly of Metaphysical thought processing systems, hopes, dreams, an assemblage of various theological concepts, and potential prospects bound together by specific teachings of salvation.  Within the NAM mankind is the central divine individual.  Man is considered to be the creator and with the powers of creation, man is the deliverer of harmony and peace for all mankind.
The NAM has two core beliefs, Evolutionary Godhood and Global Unity.  Evolutionary Godhood consists of the next spiritual step in evolution.  Within the development process, man will shortly make his transition and reach new spiritual perspectives.  New Age traditions and practices are designed to challenge and allow one to exceed their potential.
Common practices with the NAM are as follows:

Astral projection: Astral Projection is when your soul travels from your body, communicating with other various spirits that guide you or speak through you.
Crystal usage:  Crystals are used to purify one’s body and mind’s energy system (This will be covered in more detail later in the article).
Visualization:  Using mental imagery in order to imagine that you are an animal, or being healed of an illness, or being in the presence of a divine being.

The NAM teaches that man is good and divine, which opposes God’s word in the Bible, Romans 5:12, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men; for that all have sinned:”  It teaches that man is divine by nature, thereby having divine qualities.  The average New Age Movement member believes that they are divine and is able to create their own reality, which also opposes the Bible.  The Bible says that God is the one and only creator of the universe and mankind as in Isaiah 44:24, “…I am the Lord that maketh all things’ that stretcheth forth the heavens alone’ that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;”
The second and last core belief of the NAM is Global Unity.  There are three divisions of Global Unity: Man with Man, Man with Nature, and Man with God.  Man with Man teaches that all of mankind will acquire divine relationships with one another in harmony.  The overall teaching of Man with Man involves achieving the following goals:

Economic unity
A single world leader that will unite the world.
A single harmonious economic whole.
A single world religion.

Man with Nature deals with the logical concept that if God is all, then nature is also a part of God, therefore man is in tune with nature.  The relationship between Earth and nature is a common theme with American Indian Philosophies, thereby making these philosophies popular with the NAM.  Since the teachings of NAM states that God is all and nature is a part of God, then man and nature are all on the same level.  All animals, nature, and man are all brothers of this planet and therefore need to live in harmony together.  Again, this theory of the NAM is opposed to the Bible as in Genesis 1:26, “…Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Man with God deals with the NAM teachings that state that man is divine by nature, and once man begins to comprehend and believe that this is true, man will see their purpose in life.  The final and ultimate goal is for man to see their true good selves, and then everything in life will fall into place.  Once again, this opposes the Bible’s scriptures as in Romans 3:10, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:” and in Romans 3:12, “…there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
Crystal Healing
Crystals consist of molecules that are arranged in a highly specific ordered pattern.  Many common forms of matter form crystals.  These crystals, when shaped properly, vibrate and are utilized for radio communications and other electronic devices.  The NAM uses these crystals for healing purposes.  Crystal healing is an alternative healing technique that uses stones as well as crystals for healing.  The healer places the crystals at various positions on the body according to the chakras.  Chakra refers to wheel-like vortices that exist within the surface of the subtle body of all living beings, according to traditional Indian medicine.  Chakras are concentrated areas of energy that flow from a location on one’s body.  They rotate in a fan shaped formation and both receive and transmit energy.  There are various systems that consist of different numbers of chakras.  The most common system is in the west and consists of seven chakras.  Chakras are either represented as wheel like or flower like.  In the wheel like representation, spokes within the circle resemble a wheel or chakra.  In the flower like representation, petals are placed around the circumference of the circle.  The seven Chakras are described below (They run from the tail bone to the top of the head):

The Crown Chakra (Violet colored):  Located on the top of the head.
The Third Eye Chakra (Indigo colored):  Located on the eyes.
The Throat Chakra (Blue colored):  Located as indicated, on the throat.
The Heart Chakra (Green colored):  Located as indicated, on the heart.
The Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow colored):  Located on the abdominal area.
The Sacral Chakra (Orange colored):  Located on the pelvic area.
The Base/Root Chakra (Red colored):  Located on the tail bone area.

Chakra points run along parallel to the spine or inside the spine itself within a channel, otherwise known as a “nadi” or “Sushumna”.  The chakras are known to contain the petals or spokes (as stated before when describing the morphology of the chakras), and the spokes branch off like nerves throughout the body.  The stones or crystals may be positioned at the hands or feet of the individual to be used as a grounding effect.
The concept of crystal healing dates back as far as ancient Egypt.  Jade amulets were located within the tombs and burial chambers.  The powers of the stones were used to guide their souls through the afterlife.  Hopi Native Americans of Arizona, Hawaiian Islanders, and the Chinese still utilize crystal healing powers today.
Modern day critics call crystal healing power a pseudoscience, and believe that people who have claimed to have felt a difference after crystal healing have experienced a placebo effect.  Christians and Roman Catholics alike believe that crystals have no intrinsic powers whatsoever.
